HAIRSPRAY

THE HOBBIT
Oct. 12-21

Tolkien's classic novel is a suspenseful, fast-moving journey through the sometimes dark, sometimes charming, always compelling world of Middle Earth. Bilbo Baggins is a comfortably well-off hobbit with a love for rousing adventure stories. Real adventures, however, are definitely not his cup of tea. So when Gandalf the wizard knocks at Bilbo's door, bringing with him Thorin Oakenshield, eleven ragged- looking dwarfs and a contract for an adventure to recover the lost treasure of Lonely Mountain, Bilbo could not be less interested – at first. But Bilbo's love of a good story gets the better of him, and before he knows it, he is off on a perilous quest over mountain and under hill through caves and forest and slimy dark places.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL

By popular demand, the return of A CHRISTMAS CAROL to celebrate the 200th birthday of Charles Dickens. Journey with your family through the beloved Dickens tale, and witness Ebenezer Scrooge’s discovery of the true meaning of Christmas over the course of one fateful evening. Join Scrooge, Tiny Tim and all the ghostly apparitions in Dickens musical tale of redemption and hope.

JUNIE B. JONES in JINGLE BELLS, BATMAN SMELLS

ANNIE

Leapin' Lizards! The popular comic strip heroine takes centerstage in one of the world's best-loved musicals. Annie is a spunky Depression-era orphan determined to find her parents, who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and finds a new family and home in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

CHARLOTTE’S WEB
Mar. 1-10
At the Paramount Theatre

This exciting, new musical version of Charlotte's Web brings a new dimension to E.B. White's beloved classic. Thrill to to a musical score by Charles Strouse (Annie, 'Bye, 'Bye Birdie) which includes "Eating," Wilbur the pig's humorous yet poignant song about growing up; "Who Says We Can't Be Friends," an enchanting duet between Wilbur and his new-found companion Charlotte; "Welcome to the Zuckerman Barn," featuring all the story's unforgettable animals in a hand-clapping, toe-tapping hoe-down; and "Summer," a haunting, nostalgic chorus number which evokes a time and place from everyone's childhood.

THE KING AND I
Apr. 27- May 12
At the Paramount Theatre

The King and I has captured the hearts and minds of millions with its charming story of the British governess brought into the court of Siam to tutor the King's many children. Once within the splendor of the Royal Palace, Anna and the King grow to understand one another and learn about each other's cultures. This unique love story is told with one of the most glorious and unforgettable scores ever written. The much-loved songs and sweeping melodies from the show include: "The March of the Siamese Children," "Getting to Know You," "I Whistle a Happy Tune," "Hello Young Lovers" and the unforgettable "Shall We Dance."
