Tickets for events produced by GREAT Theatre at the Paramount may be purchased or redeemed at the following authorized points of purchase: in person at Paramount Box Office at Paramount, by phone at 320.259.5463 or online through GreatTheatre.org or ParamountArts.org.
VALID TICKETS
These Paramount Center for the Arts is the only authorized ticket-selling agents for GREAT Theatre productions at the Paramount Theatre. GREAT Theatre is the the only authorized ticket-selling agent for GREAT Theatre productions at the Helgeson Learning Lab Theatre. We cannot vouch for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source such as third party scalping websites. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored. Please review the websites you are purchasing from as unauthorized re-sellers of tickets are charging a higher price.
TICKET DESIGNATIONS
Adult : Age 18+ and not a full-time student
Student/children: Under 18 and any full-time college student with a valid school ID
All guests require a ticket.
TICKET POLICIES
Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations.
The Paramount Center for the Arts charges an additional $3.50 per ticket venue fee for shows
GREAT Theatre does not cancel performances due to weather except in the most severe of conditions. Unless otherwise noted on our website, the show will go on. We know travel conditions can be more treacherous for some guests than they are near the theater. We want you to be safe! Should you have concerns about being able to arrive at the theater safely due to the weather, please contact the box office (Paramount at 320.259.5463 or Helgeson Learning Lab at 320-258.2787) or by email info@GREATTheatre.org and we will gladly assist you with rescheduling your performance.
Conditions are evaluated continually and the decision to cancel a performance would occur on the day of the performance itself (a minimum of three hours prior to the show time.) Please check our website, Instagram, or Facebook page for the most up-to-date information regarding a performance.
